Un \u00e9norme succ\u00e8s pour la 4e \u00e9dition annuelle de La Baie Run<\/h2>\n

La quatri\u00e8me \u00e9dition annuelle de La Baie Run a connu un \u00e9norme succ\u00e8s et amass\u00e9 50\u2009000 $ pour la Fondation de l\u2019H\u00f4pital g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Hawkesbury et district (HGH). L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement a eu lieu au parc municipal de L\u2019Orignal le samedi 23 juillet dernier.<\/p>\n

Plus de 350\u00a0coureurs et marcheurs ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019un des parcours de 1, 5, ou 10 km ou au demi-marathon, suivi d\u2019une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise des prix. Les participants ont eu droit \u00e0 de la musique par 50\u00a0PROOF, de la cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e et du caf\u00e9 offerts gracieusement par Matrix et Totem Roasters. De la bi\u00e8re artisanale \u00e9tait \u00e9galement disponible sur place au kiosque de Riverest.<\/p>\n

Organisateurs et b\u00e9n\u00e9voles de la Baie Run 2022<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement annuel est organis\u00e9 par un groupe de g\u00e9n\u00e9reux b\u00e9n\u00e9voles communautaires dirig\u00e9 par M. Patrick Lalonde, physioth\u00e9rapeute et propri\u00e9taire de Lalonde Physio, Genevi\u00e8ve Thibodeau et S\u00e9bastien Lalonde. La Baie Run a maintenant amass\u00e9 un total de 100\u2009000\u00a0$ pour aider \u00e0 apporter de nouveaux services sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019HGH.<\/p>\n

Nous sommes ravis des r\u00e9sultats records de La Baie Run de cette ann\u00e9e et nous sommes tr\u00e8s reconnaissants envers les nombreux commanditaires, participants et b\u00e9n\u00e9voles de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, qui se sont vraiment r\u00e9unis pour notre h\u00f4pital et ont fait de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement un succ\u00e8s incroyable. – Patrick Lalonde, PT, organisateur, La Baie Run<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

L\u2019\u00e9dition de cette ann\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par les commanditaires majeurs, le Centre de services \u00e0 l\u2019emploi de Prescott-Russell, Green Beaver, Harden, Tulmar, Ivaco Rolling Mills et la famille Catherine et Michel Bertrand.<\/p>\n

Le d\u00e9fi d\u2019\u00e9quipe est une comp\u00e9tition qui encourage un groupe de personnes \u00e0 amasser des fonds ensemble. L\u2019\u00e9quipe Tulmar a amass\u00e9 plus de 10\u2009000 $ remportant ainsi le d\u00e9fi pour la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive! Les participants de l\u2019\u00e9quipe Tulmar \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents, ainsi que les membres du comit\u00e9 organisateur de La Baie Run lors de la pr\u00e9sentation de ch\u00e8que \u00e0 la Fondation HGH.<\/p>\n
