En tant qu’imprimeur responsable des publiepostages de la Fondation de l’H\u00f4pital g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Hawkesbury et district (HGH), nous voulons vous aviser que, malgr\u00e9 toutes les mesures de contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 en place, une erreur s’est gliss\u00e9e dans le mat\u00e9riel que vous avez re\u00e7u r\u00e9cemment. L’enveloppe de retour affranchie<\/strong> n’indiquait pas la bonne organisation et adresse. Nous nous en excusons et nous prenons l’enti\u00e8re responsabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Veuillez noter que cette erreur n’a entra\u00een\u00e9 aucune mauvaise gestion de vos informations personnelles.<\/p>\n

Plusieurs mesures sont en place pour rem\u00e9dier la situation :<\/p>\n

  1. La lettre sera r\u00e9achemin\u00e9e par la poste avec la bonne enveloppe.<\/li>\n

  3. Pour les dons qui auront \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9s avec l’enveloppe du premier envoi, des mesures sont en place, et ils seront achemin\u00e9s automatiquement \u00e0 la Fondation HGH.<\/li>\n
  4. Nous assumons tous les frais occasionn\u00e9s par cette erreur. Soyez assur\u00e9s qu’aucun don, ni aucunes ressources de la Fondation HGH ne seront utilis\u00e9s pour r\u00e9soudre cette probl\u00e9matique.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
