Participants will have the option to complete either a 1 km, 5 km, 10 km or a half marathon.<\/div>\n<p>What a great way to keep active and enjoy the beautiful summer weather, while supporting a great cause and helping your community!<\/p>\n<h2>Registration to La Baie Run<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Until June 1st:<\/strong> the registration fee is only $40 (or $20 for the 1 km) and includes a race kit with a commemorative medal and sponsorship materials. The kit will also include a t-shirt for those who register before the early bird deadline.<\/li>\n<li><strong>After June 1st:<\/strong>\u00a0the registration fee will be $50 (or $25 for the 1km).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For more information and to register for the race, please visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.labaierun.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">official event website<\/a>\u00a0 and the event <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/LaBaieRun\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Facebook page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Take up a team challenge or make an individual donation to the HGH Foundation<\/h2>\n<p>Individuals, groups, corporations, organizations, families\u2014or a team of any sort\u2014can fundraise and make a donation to the HGH Foundation.<\/p>\n<p>Take up the Teams Challenge! Get your friends, family or colleagues to form a team; set a fundraising goal, participate to La Baie Run and make a donation to the Foundation. The team that collects the most donations will win a prize: a free pizza lunch for the entire team!<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>How will the event help my hospital?<\/h2>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">The event\u2019s net profits will be directed towards the HGH Foundation. The funds will support new programs and continue to help expand services at HGH. This will enable access to more specialty care, closer to home.
