Thanks to your donations, the Hawkesbury and District General Hospital can acquire state-of-the-art equipment. We encourage you to give to this great cause through one of the following options:<\/p>\n<h2>General funds<\/h2>\n<p>In contributing to the general funds of the hospital, you promote the realization of major projects in connection with the institution\u2019s priorities. Follow this link to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imakeanonlinedonation.org\/fondationhghfoundation\/DG\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">give now<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Specific funds<\/h2>\n<p>By making a donation to specific funds, you can help a particular sector such as the emergency room, palliative care or the dialysis unit. Your donation will be used to purchase equipment for the sector you have chosen.<\/p>\n<h2>\u201cIn Memoriam&#8221; donations<\/h2>\n<p>Do you wish to honour the memory of a loved one or pay tribute to someone special? Making an \u201cin memoriam\u201d donation is a remarkable way to contribute to your hospital. Follow this link to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imakeanonlinedonation.org\/fondationhghfoundation\/DIM\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">donate now<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>E-Transfers<\/h2>\n<p>We accept donations via e-transfer to <a href=\"mailto:foundation@hgh.ca\">foundation@hgh.ca<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Please add your name and address in the comments to get a tax receipt.<\/li>\n<li>You can also indicate where you would like your donation to be applied, for example: the current campaign, general funds or for a specific sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Planned giving<\/h2>\n<p>An increasingly popular way of making a contribution is by making a planned donation. In leaving a part of your assets to the Foundation, you can make a significant donation and improve\u00a0your community without affecting your budget during your lifetime. This type of donation is tax deductible, while allowing you to participate in a worthwhile cause. We would be pleased to inform you of the different aspects of this type of donation.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Last will and bequests: Provides a donation to the Foundation through your Will.<\/li>\n<li>Life insurance: Designating the Foundation as a sole beneficiary of a new life insurance policy or transferring an existing policy to the Foundation.
