The Board of Directors of the HGH Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs. Erin Tabakman as Executive Director, effective immediately.<\/p>\n
Erin\u2019s long-time role as Donor Relations Officer of the HGH Foundation means she is a familiar face and voice to many of the Foundation\u2019s donors, partners and volunteers.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe Board is thrilled to welcome Erin to this key role in our organization,\u201d said Nathalie Ladouceur, HGH Foundation Chair. \u201cErin is a valued member of our team and her connection to donors and passion for access to healthcare services for our region have been an integral part of our success. Moving forward, her combined experience, competencies and vision are pivotal to ensuring the continued impact of the HGH Foundation\u2019s role in our community.<\/p>\n
Erin spent a significant portion of her career in the not-for-profit sector before joining the HGH Foundation in 2015. In 2019, she was granted the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) designation after having met a series of standards that include tenure in the fundraising profession, education, and demonstrated fundraising achievement.<\/p>\n
Of her new role, Erin Tabakman shared, \u201cI am delighted and honoured to be chosen to now lead the HGH Foundation and to continue the success of my good colleague and predecessor, Pierre-Luc Byham. The HGH Foundation has a long-standing history of impact on healthcare services offered to our community. I feel very fortunate, not only to lead such a wonderful organization, but to be a firsthand witness to the incredible kindness and generosity of our donors.\u201d<\/p>\n
