RAPPORT ANNUEL 2024-2025<\/h2>\n

\"2024-2025<\/p>\n

L’ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par la transformation, le dynamisme et le renouvellement des liens \u00e0 l’H\u00f4pital g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Hawkesbury et district (HGH). Alors que nous c\u00e9l\u00e9brions notre 40e anniversaire, nous avons \u00e9galement tourn\u00e9 notre regard vers l’avenir en lan\u00e7ant un nouveau plan strat\u00e9gique ambitieux et en renfor\u00e7ant notre engagement \u00e0 offrir des soins empreints de compassion, bilingues et centr\u00e9s sur le patient.<\/p>\n

Ce rapport refl\u00e8te un h\u00f4pital en mouvement : l’\u00e9largissement des services, l’ouverture de nouveaux espaces comme l’unit\u00e9 de transition A2 et une quatri\u00e8me salle d’op\u00e9ration, l’accueil d’\u00e9tudiants en m\u00e9decine et le renforcement de nos syst\u00e8mes int\u00e9rieur. Mais avant tout, il raconte l’histoire d’une communaut\u00e9 de personnes qui travaillent ensemble avec c\u0153ur, vision et d\u00e9termination pour fa\u00e7onner un avenir o\u00f9 la sant\u00e9 et les liens sociaux occupent une place centrale.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 l’HGH, le progr\u00e8s est une affaire personnelle. Et cette ann\u00e9e, nous avons pos\u00e9 des gestes significatifs en vue de r\u00e9inventer les soins de sant\u00e9 pour les Canadiens.<\/p>\n
