L\u2019H\u00f4pital G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Hawkesbury et district (HGH) a franchi une nouvelle \u00e9tape en faisant l\u2019acquisition d\u2019un \u00e9quipement de pointe, la solution robotis\u00e9e\u00a0<\/span>VELYS\u2122<\/span><\/b>\u00a0de Johnson & Johnson\u00a0(un bras robotis\u00e9), et en r\u00e9alisant, mardi,\u00a0sa premi\u00e8re intervention \u00e0 l\u2019aide de\u00a0cette\u00a0technologie, marquant une avanc\u00e9e concr\u00e8te dans l\u2019\u00e9volution de ses pratiques chirurgicales.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Le<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Dr Garceau,\u00a0chef\u00a0du\u00a0d\u00e9partement\u00a0de chirurgie orthop\u00e9dique,\u00a0a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 cette intervention, devenant le premier \u00e0 utiliser cette technologie de pointe \u00e0 l\u2019HGH. Le syst\u00e8me VELYS\u2122 am\u00e9liore la pr\u00e9cision et la\u00a0r\u00e9gularit\u00e9\u00a0des gestes chirurgicaux, r\u00e9duisant directement la douleur et l\u2019inflammation postop\u00e9ratoires, tout en favorisant une meilleure r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des patients.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Le Dr Garceau a exprim\u00e9 son enthousiasme \u00e0 la suite de l\u2019intervention, soulignant \u00e0 la fois l\u2019impact de la technologie et la force de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de l\u2019HGH.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
