Ce prix est d\u00e9cern\u00e9 deux fois par ann\u00e9e par le Goupe Studer Canada afin de reconna\u00eetre les succ\u00e8s notables d\u2019un \u00e9tablissement de soins de sant\u00e9. Cette r\u00e9alisation a \u00e9t\u00e9 soulign\u00e9e pendant l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale annuelle de l\u2019h\u00f4pital qui avait lieu le 28 juin dernier.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019HGH vit un projet majeur de r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement ainsi qu\u2019une transformation organisationnelle. L\u2019h\u00f4pital a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnu pour ses am\u00e9liorations dans les cinq piliers suivants : Gestion de la qualit\u00e9, Acc\u00e8s r\u00e9gional, Prestation des services, Performance financi\u00e8re et Ressources humaines.<\/p>\n<h2>Faits importants<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Gr\u00e2ce au Projet d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019Urgence, l\u2019h\u00f4pital a r\u00e9duit les temps d\u2019attente de fa\u00e7on significative, malgr\u00e9 l\u2019augmentation importante du nombre de visites \u00e0 l\u2019Urgence. De plus, la satisfaction des patients \u00e0 l\u2019Urgence s\u2019est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e en passant de 36,6% en 2015-2016 \u00e0 65,97% en 2016-2017.<\/li>\n<li>Le Projet d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019Urgence a cr\u00e9\u00e9 un environnement o\u00f9 l\u2019on peut mieux r\u00e9pondre aux besoins croissants de la client\u00e8le et aux cas plus complexes. Un nouveau programme de cyberpsychologie est d\u00e9sormais offert au Centre r\u00e9gional de sant\u00e9 mentale et toxicomanie et l\u2019h\u00f4pital planifie l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de la m\u00e9decine nucl\u00e9aire et de l\u2019imagerie par r\u00e9sonance magn\u00e9tique (IRM).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Citations<\/h2>\n<p>\u00ab Alors que les travaux de construction du nouvel HGH sont en cours, nous travaillons aussi \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer nos syst\u00e8mes internes.
