Our staff is trained to respond to emergencies. In the event of an emergency:

• Follow staff’s instructions.
• In the event of a fire, stay in or return to your room. Please remain calm.
• If an evacuation is necessary, staff or the fire department will assist you.

Fire evacuation drills

Staff members conduct evacuation drills on a regular basis. These exercises do not involve patients.

• A nursing staff will inform you about an ongoing or upcoming drill.
• The door to your room will close automatically during an evacuation drill.
