We have an integrated Quality and Risk Management Program embedded in our annual operational plans. This program guides employees, physicians, students and volunteers in their daily actions.

We regularly assess the quality of our services to ensure that we meet or exceed our objectives and those set by the federal and provincial governments and Accreditation Canada. We use a series of evaluation and communication tools such as patient satisfaction surveys and internal patient feedback initiatives to collect information. We analyse data and the results of key indicators to find new ways of improving the quality of our services and our performance.
