physician and patient discussing imaging results

Access your patients’ imaging and reports in just a few clicks with PocketHealth!

Hawkesbury and District General Hospital (HGH) has partnered with PocketHealth, a secure online platform that enables our referring community to easily access their patients’ medical imaging records.

How can I access my patients’ imaging?

  • HGH or your patient will send you an Access Page via email, fax or hard copy (instead of a CD). The Access Page is unique to your patient’s imaging – on it your will find the instructions to access the imaging.
  • Physicians can also fax the Medical Imaging Department to request an access page.
  • On any web browser, go to pockethealth.com/view.
    • Enter the patient’s date of birth and security code found on the Access Page.
  • The PocketHealth cloud viewer (eUnityTM) allows you to securely view your patient’s imaging in full diagnostic quality, and is compliant with Health Canada and the FDA. You can also download the files without compression for offline use or import them into your RIS/PACS.

How to request an Access Page?

  • Please fax a request to HGH Medical Imaging at 613-636-6211.
