Can you sew? HGH needs your help!

Sewing masks for the Hawkesbury and District General Hospital

Our hospital is asking all patients coming for an exam or a consultation (with or without an appointment) to arrive wearing a clean mask; either disposable or fabric, store-bought or homemade. HGH will provide masks for patients who do not have one. Which means that our hospital will need lots of masks!

We’re asking the community’s help with this project. Can you sew? Please watch the video below for detailed instructions on how to make a mask. All donated masks will be washed before being used.

If you have sewing skills, we would appreciate your help with this initiative.
